Michael Fergusson

Michael is passionate about creating and building businesses. In 1995, he built his first social media application and since then, Michael has founded several successful technology and Internet companies. Currently, Michael is the CEO of Ayogo Games Inc., an exciting new company that builds functional social games for major brands around the world.

In 2001, Michael founded Enfolding Systems Corp., which was founded to develop and commercialize a unique, patented, web-based collaboration technology. ESC was acquired by Blast Radius (now part of WPP) in 2002.

From 2006 until 2008, Michael was Chief Products and Innovation Officer for Uniserve Communications, where he led Kinzin, a social media site for free and private photo sharing, digital photo printing online and photo gifts. He built a network of nearly a million members and was named as the Canadian New Media Awards’ finalist for Producer of the Year in 2008. The same year, he also received a nod as a finalist for Excellence in Social Media Applications.

Michael’s engaging style often lands him on podium presenting on topics ranging from entrepreneurship to technology to online community building. He has been a guest speaker for the International Internet Marketing Association, Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University’s Venture Labs, and sits on Vancouver Community College’s Program Advisory Committee.
