Howie Wu
Co-Founder and CEO, LayerBoom Systems
Howie Wu is the CEO and Co-Founder of LayerBoom Systems. He founded the company in 2009 with a vision to create a software company that powers private clouds.
Howie has been involved with technology companies for more than 12 years. Prior to LayerBoom, Howie worked in US, China and Canada from Semiconductor Fabs to TFT-LCD Plants to Software Services. As part of an IPO and M&A team, Howie experienced first hand the thrill of deal making and fell in love with the art of finance.
Howie holds his B.A. in Political Science and Asian Studies from Furman University and is expecting his MBA from Simon Fraser University.
